Original etching with aquatint and open-bite printed in colours. 1958/59. Signed in pencil. Numbered (8) in pencil from the main edition of 56 impressions (there were also 26 further impressions on differing papers). Issued by Marcel Zerbib, Galerie Diderot, Paris 1959 for the album: Alain Bosquets - Paroles Peintes.
Brilliant impression with totally fresh unfaded colours. On cream japan paper appliqué with a sheet of blue-green hand-made Richard de Bas wove paper as a backing sheet, as issued. Perfect condition (never previously mounted or framed). Full margins; sheet: 320 x 262mm. Plate: 275 x 192mm. 10 7/8 x 7 1/2ins.
