Looking in a Hand Mirror, No 3.

Original drypoint in black ink. c. 1905. Impression from the edition printed by Delatre for the Cassatt estate sometime after 1926. Prior to the Delātre editions only some 25 impressions had been printed. Finely printed on antique paper.

Very fine impression delicately but finely inked. On antique(19th century) laid cream paper. Excellent condition; with the slightest traces of time toning as is typical of impressions on this antique paper which Cassatt particularly favoured. Full margins. Sheet: 11 1/4 x 7 1/4ins. Plate: 8 1/8 x 5 5/8ins. 205x143mm
