Original lift-ground etching with aquatint, hand-painted in scarlet and green acrylic. 2001. Signed in pencil with initials and dated 2001 (MM1). Numbered (1) in pencil from the edition of 55. Printed from three plates (two metal, one plastic with carborundum) and then hand-painted at the 107 Workshop, 2001.
Superb impression with brilliant colours. On hand-made wove paper from the Two Rivers papermill. Perfect condition. Worked to the full sheet size, as printed. Sheet: 11 3/4 x 13 1/2ins (300x343mm).
