Original lithograph in colours on special hand-prepared green-tinted paper. 1960. Signed in pencil. Inscribed in pencil as H.C. - proof Hors Commerce apart from the edition. One of c.5 proof impressions on specially prepared and tinted papers, each different. The issued edition was 97 impressions for the album: Hommage à Rimbaud, 1960. Printed at the Atelier Mourlot.

Excellent impression with fine colours. On special hand-prepared green-tinted and flecked Japanese-style paper. Generally excellent condition. A very slight trace of time toning at the extreme outer sheet edge, image and main margin perfect. Sheet: 17 3/4 x 13 1/4ins. Image: 10 1/8 x 6 3/8is (256x162mm).
