Signed with the monogram in the stone. Rare impression without the lettering. From the edition of 45 impressions. This impression one of 15 in black ink on japan paper. (There were also some 10 other impressions in black ink on wove paper, ad 20 impressions in green or brown ink.) Published by Gustave Pellet, Paris, 1901. Inscribed by Pellet with the title at the lower sheet edge. Ref: Wittrock Toulouse-Lautrec Prints No. 57; Adraini Toulouse-Lautrec No. 91. Beautiful rich and tonal impression. On pale cream hand-made laid japan paper. Generally absolutely excellent condition; the very slightest traces of time soiling at the extreme edges of the sheet, from old mounting. Full margins.
