Original lithograph in colours. 1937. Signed in pencil. From the edition issued by Contemporary Lithographs, 1939. Drawn at the Curwen Studio, London 1937. The edition was intended to be c.250/300 impressions but was not completed because of the outbreak of war. Very few impressions seem to have been printed of this image and it is now very scarce, in particular pencil signed.

Fine impression with typical soft colours. On pale cream wove paper. Generally excellent condition; one repaired tear. Trimmed to image as issued. Sheet:20 7/8x30 1/4ins
